Steampunk Transport - M.L.C. (Multi-configurable.Lcomotive.Conveyance.).

The MLC originally started off as a design to help pitch an animated show back in 2014. Over the intervening years I've always wanted to return to it and update and finally texture the vehicle.
Currently it is presented in "Ground Mode". It would also be able to submerge and through some miracle of physics take to the skies with the help of two large barrage balloons stored in its roof tanks.
